Testing of the Formula 5 continued over the winter with a December runout at Kirkistown. It was a bitter cold day at the
Northern Ireland track but the team tested various components and set up's and had a succesful days testing. The tyres took a long time
to warm up leading to a couple of spins early on. A potential driver took the car for a test in the last session but lack of daylight so close to Christmas
saw the day end early
The cars will feel the
benefit of the track time when the new racing season starts.
